The IMSDC in conjunction with FinTek is hosting a Discovery Session on August 17, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at the IMSDC offices located at 2126 North Meridian Street.
This session will provide key executives from your organization an opportunity to explore how Lean DMAIC Training can help "trim the fat."
Lean DMAIC Training is a condensed version of Six Sigma training that incorporates both Lean and Six Sigma methodology. The condensed version combines tools and methodology from Business Process Management, Hoshin Planning, Kaizen and DMAIC Process Improvement all rolled into one shortened session. Both the course length and cost have been condensed as well.
